We design, manufacture, and install safety access systems, working primarily with Facility Managers, Government bodies, Defence, and Construction companies. As we continue our growth journey, we’re looking for a dedicated and results-driven Height Safety Sales Consultant to join our team.
About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with both existing and new clients to assess safety risks on their sites. Working closely with our systems development team, you will create tailored solutions and present these to clients to improve their site safety and ensure compliance with industry standards.
This role involves a balanced mix of office-based and client-facing work, requiring effective time management to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service. Flexibility is key to managing both your office responsibilities and on-site meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify safety risks and develop tailored solutions that improve site safety and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and work with the design team to produce system designs and proposals.
- Utilize a cloud-based Client Relationship System to enhance understanding of client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients.
- Proactively seek and secure new sales opportunities while maintaining and developing existing client relationships.

What You Need to Be Successful:
- Proven experience in the height safety or rope access industry
- Strong understanding of site safety and risk mitigation
- Ability to read, interpret, and complete take-offs from architectural plans, aerial imagery, and drawings
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level
- A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
- A current Australian driver’s licence
