HVAC management company Airmaster contacted us to create a compliant, safe workplace at the busy Eastland Shopping Centre in Ringwood, Victoria. They requested the retrofit installation of a custom aluminium staircase to integrate with existing site structures and access conditions.
A custom aluminium staircase was engineered to integrate seamlessly with the existing tilt slab wall and steel structure, reducing the need for additional fabrication or support framing. It was manufactured from long-lasting and corrosion-resistant aluminium and designed to meet Australian Standards AS 1657:2018.

The site posed several challenges, including difficulties faced by the existing scaffolding. Our team worked closely with the scaffolders, who removed and reinstalled sections of the scaffold to align with our workflow. This ensured safe access for our installers and allowed for uninterrupted progress, throughout the installation.
